Description
This property comprises two early to mid-19th century buildings, located at 18 and 20 St Nicholas Church Street. Constructed of red brick with Welsh slate roofing, the buildings are two storeys high and feature an eaves cornice. Each building has three sash windows with glazing bars, set within reveals and beneath rusticated stucco heads ornamented with keyblocks. Number 18 features a five-panel door, topped by an oblong fanlight and framed by reeded pilasters and an entablature. Number 20 has a four-panel flush door. Numbers 18 to 30 (even) are considered a group.
