Description

The property comprises a pair of houses, numbers 5 and 6, dating to approximately 1830-40. They are constructed of bright red brick with a Welsh slate roof and a brick cornice moulding. The building has a basement and three storeys. The front of the building slightly projects, featuring two ground-floor bay windows: a canted bay window on the left and a square bay window on the right. The upper floors each contain four sash windows with glazing bars, set within reveals and topped by stucco lintels. The fanlights above the doorways are arched. Decorative anthemion-design cast iron railings are positioned alongside the doorways. Numbers 3 to 7 form a nearby group.
