Description
15 and 16 Albion Place are early to mid 19th century buildings, dating from around 1830. They feature red brick fronts and Welsh slated roofs with cyma recta cornice moulding. The buildings have a basement and three storeys. Each has two sash windows with glazing bars set in reveals beneath stucco lintels. The ground floor includes bay windows, with a canted design for No 16 and curved quadrant ends for No 15. The doors are partly glazed and have rectangular fanlights in the reveals. No 16 has a doorhood, while No 15 features a cast iron porch with a trellis pattern, typical of the 19th century. Nos 8 to 18 Albion Place form a group.
