Description

Number 4 is a circa 1830 building with a basement and three storeys. It is built with pink headers and red stretchers, and has a modern roof of red interlocking tiles. The ground floor features a canted bay window. The upper floors each contain two sash windows with glazing bars, set within reveals and beneath stucco lintels. An archivolt frames the fanlight above the front door. Cast iron railings with an anthemion pattern are positioned on either side of the doorway. The building forms a group with numbers 3 to 7.
