Description
No. 30 on St Nicholas Church Street is a building from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a low-pitched Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and includes three sash windows with glazing bars set in reveals, topped with rusticated stucco heads that have keyblocks. There are three stone steps leading up to a six-panel door, which is accompanied by an oblong fanlight with glazing bars in the reveal. The entrance is framed by slim ribbed pilasters, capitals with paterae, and an entablature. To the right, there is an elliptically arched carriageway. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 18 to 30 (even).
