House now shop. c1822-26 with later additions and alterations including mid-C20 ground-floor shop front. Brick with unpainted stucco front facade and concealed roof with cast-iron balconies. 4 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. First-floor band surmounted by Tuscan pilaster to left, through first and second floors, surmounted by architrave, frieze and cornice. First floor: 6/6 sashes; second floor: 3/6 sashes with sills; third floor: 2/2 sash and 2/2 fixed-light window, all in plain reveals. Cornice, blocking course. Ground floor: steps to central entrance a part-glazed door in projecting glazed shop front. Further entrance to right a part-glazed door with overlight in plain reveals. To second-floor windows are ornate individual balconies. INTERIOR: not inspected. HISTORICAL NOTE: Warwick Street was laid out 1822-6.
