Description
Gardeners' Cottages, located 10 yards north of Eathorpe Hall, are a range of three brick cottages dating from the late 18th century to the 19th century. The cottages feature a pitched slate roof with stone-coped gabled ends on the east and west sides, and a slightly projecting gable on the south. They are two storeys high with a symmetrical facade of nine bays. The central three bays project slightly and contain four plank doors and five cross mullion/transom casement windows with glazing bars, all set under segmental brick arches. On the first floor, there are four 2-light casements with glazing bars and five blocked windows, also under segmental brick arches. The apex of the central gable has a blocked circular window, and a weather vane sits atop the gable.
