Description
Myrtle Cottage and Thyme Cottage are a pair of cottages dating from the 17th century, constructed with a timber frame and featuring painted brick infill panels. They have a steeply pitched thatched roof with hipped ends. At the eaves level, there are four dormers, each fitted with 2-light casements.
Myrtle Cottage has a plank door and one three-light casement window alongside one two-light casement window. Thyme Cottage features a plank door with a glazed panel, a gabled porch, one two-light casement, and one three-light casement, all of which have leaded panes. The cottages are topped with two brick ridge chimney stacks.
