Description

Manor Cottage is a timber-framed cottage dating from around 1600. It features some wattle and daub panels, but is mainly constructed with painted brick nogging. The north gable has been partly rebuilt in brick and the cottage sits on sandstone foundations. It has a steeply pitched thatched roof with gabled ends. The windows are modern, primarily consisting of two-light casements with glazing bars. There are two brick chimney stacks at the ridge.
