Description

This is a circa 17th century timber-frame cottage situated on Barford Road (or Wellesbourne Road) in Wasperton. The exterior is roughcast, with a 20th-century extension to the north. The roof is tiled, with gabled ends. The cottage has two storeys and originally three windows, now with two- and three-light casement windows, some with glazing bars. A modern casement window is on the ground floor to the left, and a gabled porch is on the right. Brick chimney stacks are at the ends of the building. The interior features a ceiling beam with a stepped chamfer.
