This is an 18th-century cottage located in Putley. It’s constructed with a timber frame, with plaster and brick infill between the timbers. The roof is tiled, and there's an external stone end stack with a brick shaft. The cottage has two floors and four windows, with 20th-century casement windows. A circa-1900 door is set within a mid-20th-century porch positioned to the left of the centre. There's also an angled, single-storey extension to the left, with a pantiled roof.
