Description
This house is likely from the late 17th or early 18th century. It is timber-framed with brick infill, and has a raised slate roof. A brick stack is located on the left side, and another off-centre on the rear ridge. The house is two storeys high and comprises two bays set at right angles to the road. The gable end facing the road has a three-light casement window and a two-light casement window on the ground floor. Above, a range of three four-pane attic windows are set beneath V-struts from the exposed collar of the end truss. A late 20th-century lean-to porch has been added to the right-hand return. The building is included on the list for its group value.
