Description
This is a house, likely built in the late 18th century to early 19th century, with a later extension from the late 19th century to early 20th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill and a raised pantiled roof, along with a large brick extension at the rear that has a catslide roof and brick end stacks. The house is two storeys high and has two windows, with early 20th century casements and a central lean-to porch. The south end elevation shows the gable end of the timber frame, which is surrounded by the large extension that effectively doubles the house's depth. There are two square lights on the ground floor, one on the first floor, and two segmentally-headed entrances beneath a perspex lean-to. This building is included for its group value.
