It features a timber frame with painted brick infill set on a stone plinth, topped by a steeply pitched thatch roof with a brick stack at one end. The building has a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic, presenting a two-window range on the front. The left window is a two-light casement, while the right window is a six-pane pivoted casement. On the left side, there is a brick lean-to outshut with a slate roof and an entrance to the rear; the gable end is planked and includes a two-light casement with an iron opening casement. The right side features an external stack with offsets, a brick lean-to outshut with a slate roof to the left, and a timber outshut to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
