Description

Binton Hill Cottage is a house dating from the 18th century, with alterations from the 19th century and restorations from the 20th century. It is built of coursed blue lias rubble and features an old tile roof with a brick end stack. The cottage has a two-unit plan and a 20th-century rear addition.

The exterior is two storeys high and has a two-window range. The central entrance is flanked by a 20th-century porch. The windows are small-paned casements; those on the ground floor are set under brick segmental arches, with a smaller similar window to the left. The roof is gabled. The interior has not been inspected.
