Description
The wall and railings surrounding the south and west sides of the churchyard of the Church of St Peter in Kineton are likely from the 18th or 19th century. The wall is constructed of ashlar stone with some iron elements and extends approximately 68 meters along the south side of the churchyard, returning for about 38 meters with railings. The wall features a segmental coping and includes two gateways, one located to the left of center and another at the right end, both with paired iron gates. The return section is lower and includes approximately 20 meters of 19th-century railings adorned with decorative finials, although some of these finials are missing. There is also a 12-meter section of plainer railings leading to The Mews, which features lozenge and urn finials.
