Description

This is a late 18th-century house. It was originally part of a larger terrace but is now listed separately as No. 45. The brickwork is laid in a Flemish bond pattern, topped by a steep tile roof with two brick stacks at the rear. The building is a single-storey structure with an attic. It has a two-window front. The eaves are very wide. An entrance is located behind a 20th-century gabled porch, which has a side entrance and a small casement window. The ground-floor windows are small-paned casements with iron opening mechanisms; the window on the left has three panes, while the one on the right has two. There are two gabled dormers with wide verges, plain bargeboards, and two-paned casement windows. A catslide outshut extends from the rear of the building. The interior has not been inspected. The house is attached to Nos. 44 and 46.
