Description

The Threshing Barn at Sillesbourne Farm is a 17th-century structure with 18th-century cart sheds added to the left and rear. It features a timber-framed design with reddish brick nogging set on a blue lias stone plinth, while the rest of the building is constructed from reddish brick, topped with plain-tile roofs.

The exterior of the barn showcases small square timber-framing and consists of three bays, with central opposing threshing doors and a gabled roof. Inside, the roof is supported by two collar and tie-beam trusses with angle struts, which also extend to the gable ends.

This barn forms a group with Sillesbourne Farmhouse.
