Description

This is a mid-18th century house, now operating as a licensed restaurant. It is constructed of whitewashed brick in Flemish bond, with a plinth and stone-coped gables. The roof is covered in plain tiles, with brick end stacks. The building has two storeys and a three-window front. The layout is based on two units. A plank door, with a wooden lintel, is centrally positioned. To the left and right of the door are 19th-century three-light casement windows, each also with a wooden lintel. The first floor has a 20th-century three-light casement window on the left and right, with a two-light casement in the centre. The interior has not been inspected, but is likely to be of interest.
