Description
This is an early 19th-century house on Church Street, Shipston on Stour. It is constructed of brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a wood bracketed eaves cornice. The roof is covered in slate, and there are brick end stacks. The house is three storeys high, with a two-window front. It follows a double-depth plan. A 20th-century panelled door is centrally located, with a replaced overlight and a pilaster surround featuring a flat hood supported on consoles. The ground and first floors each have a single 16-pane sash window on the left and right. The second floor has a pair of 12-pane sash windows, also one on each side. All windows are topped with brick flat arches. The interior remains uninspected.
