Outbuilding, original function uncertain. Timber framed with lath and plaster and brick infill. Old tile roof. One-unit plan. 2 storeys; one-window range. Plank door under triangular chamfered arch. C19/C20 fixed light window on each floor. Door at right end on first floor. Return sides have jowled posts. Left return side and rear have casements. Interior not inspected. Forms part of a group with Oldberrow Court (q.v.).
