Description

Earlier to mid 19th century with alterations. 2 storey, 4-bay rectangular-plan near symmetrical end-of-terrace house. Harled with painted ashlar long and short margins to openings. Rectangular-plan outbuilding set back to N.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: replacement part-glazed timber door with rectangular fanlight at ground in to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in bay to right. Blocked doorway at ground and window at 1st floor in bay to left. Window at ground in bay to outer left.

N (SIDE) ELEVATION: 2-bay gabled wall. Window at ground in bay to right. Window in gable shoulder in bay to left; gablehead stack above.

Predominantly later 2-pane timber sash and case windows; fixed small-pane and 12-pane timber sash and case window to N elevation; rooflight to right. Replaced grey slate roof; concrete skews; stone ridge; coped harled stacks to gabled ends; plain cans; cast-iron downpipes; uPVC gutters.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.

OUTBUILDING: single storey, pitched, roughly coursed rubble outbuilding to N of main house, gable end to street. Boarded door set to left to N elevation. Graded stone slab roof; stone ridge. Short rubble wall projecting N from N elevation.
