Description
Haselor Grounds Farm cowhouse, attached to the northwest of the farmhouse, dates from the 18th century. It is timber framed with square framing and tension braces, featuring brick infill and a tiled roof. The cowhouse has a former open-fronted plan and consists of four bays. The front facing the road displays exposed framing and includes two small fixed-light windows. The openings towards the yard have largely been filled in with 19th and 20th-century brick, doors, and windows, although one opening remains. Inside, there is a brick trough in part, and the roof features trenched purlins. The link to the house may be a later addition but maintains the roof line; towards the road, it is constructed of brick and includes a plank door. The cowhouse is part of a larger group that includes Haselor Grounds Farmhouse and an attached shelter shed and barn.
