Description
Vine Cottage and the attached outbuilding range is a house dated 1750, constructed from limestone ashlar with coped gables. It features a slate roof with brick end stacks that have ashlar bases. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range with a two-unit plan. At the centre, there is a six-panelled door topped by a 20th-century timber gabled hood. To the left and right of the door are 20th-century windows set in enlarged openings, with stone flat arches above them. On the first floor, there is a range of three 20th-century windows. A moulded datestone inscribed 'N/TH/1750' is located to the centre left, and there is a lead County 'Britannia' firemark above it. At the rear, there is a long outbuilding range. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
