Description

Weston Park is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century, with later 19th-century additions to the right. It may have been designed by E. Blore, who also designed Weston House. The house is constructed of limestone ashlar and squared coursed rubble, with quoins and coped gables on kneelers. It has a stone-slate roof with a brick ridge and end stacks. Initially built with a central staircase plan, the Gothick front facade features a 3-storey, 5-window range of 2-light casements, with part-glazing. A Gothick door is set within a chamfered surround, leading to a Gothick porch with a Tudor-arched entrance. A one-storey 19th-century addition is located to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
