This is an outbuilding located approximately 2 meters northwest of Thorn Croft in Long Itchington, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from coursed lias rubble and features a plain-tile roof. The building probably consists of two bays and has double plank garage doors at the front with a wooden lintel. Above these doors, there is a plank hayloft door also with a wooden lintel. Inside, the building has a queen-strut roof. This outbuilding is included in the listing for its group value.
