Outbuilding, now garage and toilets. Probably early C18. Marlstone rubble with renewed wooden lintels; thatch roof, 3-bay plan. Front has 2 entrances, including the garage door, plus 3-light casement. Interior not inspected. Part of a close grouping of houses and farmbuildings around Market Square. Included for group value.
