This outbuilding, located approximately 5 meters east of The Bell Inn, is now used as a garage and toilets. It likely dates from the early 18th century and is constructed of marlstone rubble with renewed wooden lintels. The building features a thatched roof and has a three-bay plan. The front of the outbuilding includes two entrances, one of which is a garage door, as well as a three-light casement window. The interior has not been inspected. This outbuilding is part of a close grouping of houses and farm buildings around Market Square and is included for its group value.
