Description
The outbuilding located to the south-west of the Eastbury Hotel dates back to the 18th century or earlier. It is a two-storey structure made of coursed rubble. The ground floor has mostly been converted into a garage. The building features a plaintile mansard roof with a stone slate verge. On the first floor, from left to right, there is a modern window, a double ledged loft door, and two three-light casements with lead glazing. On the ground floor, there is a three-light casement, a double ledged door, and modern garage doors. This outbuilding, along with St Swithin's Cottage, the Eastbury Hotel, and Nos 1 and 2 Eastbury Cottages, forms a group.
