Description

St Swithin's Cottage, originally known as Duffs Cottage, is a building dating back to the 17th century, located on the south-east side of Long Street. The structure was formerly four separate dwellings but has since been converted into one residence. It features stone rubble walls and a plaintile roof, with wood casements. The entrance is centrally located. St Swithin's Cottage is part of a group that includes the outbuilding to the south-west of the Eastbury Hotel, the Eastbury Hotel itself, and Nos 1 and 2 Eastbury Cottages.
