Description
Kingston Cottage is a two-storey cottage dating from 1625, located on the south-east side of Long Street. The front is constructed of stone rubble and features three window bays along with a door. The cottage has a plaintile gabled roof and includes a box dormer. The modern wood casements are arranged as follows: on the first floor, there is a 3-light casement at the left end and two 2-light casements to the right. On the ground floor, from left to right, there is a 3-light, 2-tier casement at the left end, a 2-light, 2-tier window, a 6-panelled door set in an architrave frame, and another 3-light, 2-tier window. Kingston Cottage, along with Kingston House and The Vines, forms a group with an outbuilding to the south-east.
