Description
A cottage, dating from circa 1600, situated in Bourne. The cottage is timber framed with lath and plaster and whitewashed brick infill, and has a thatched roof with whitewashed brick internal stacks. The building follows a three-unit plan and comprises one storey and an attic, featuring only two ground floor windows. The late 20th century includes a glazed door set within a whitewashed brick porch with a tiled roof. There are 19th and 20th century casement windows with glazing bars. The left return side features two small ground floor windows and an attic window. To the rear, the roof has swept and eyebrow dormers. The right return side has a half-hipped gable. The interior has not been inspected.
