Description
This listing describes a group of nine headstones and one chest tomb located approximately 2 to 6 meters southwest of the south door of the Church of St. Lawrence. The headstones date from the late 17th century and 18th century, with three specifically dated 1698, 1704, and 1728. One headstone features moulded putti heads, festoons, and scrolls, while another is inscribed 'CW/1698' and has cable moulding. The chest tomb is dated 1820 and 1832, made of ironstone, and includes a moulded plinth and ledger with balusters at the angles. The remaining four 18th-century headstones are noted as not having special architectural interest.
