Description

There are two headstones located approximately 8 meters south of the south aisle of the Church of St. Michael. The left headstone dates from 1654, while the right one is from 1715. Both are made of carved ironstone. The left headstone features a segmental broken open pediment with a smaller second broken segmental pediment below, and the panel is framed by a large festoon. The right headstone is a double stone with a segmental top, winged heads, and shaped panels that are framed by rocaille leafwork and small figures. These headstones are included for their group value.
