Description
This building, located 3 meters behind numbers 4, 6, and 8 on Malt Mill Lane in Alcester, is an outbuilding that has been converted into a boilerhouse. It dates back to the 17th century and underwent renovations between 1972 and 1975. The structure is timber framed with plaster infill, sitting on a late 20th-century brick plinth. It features a tiled roof and a late 20th-century brick external chimney. The building has a one-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic, but it has no windows. There is an open doorway on the ground floor, and above it, a hall-dormer with a door. Part of the framing is left exposed on the left side and at the rear.
