Description

The building is constructed of regular coursed limestone rubble, with a steeply pitched stone slate roof laid to diminishing courses and a renewed brick end stack to the right. It follows a 2-unit plan and has 2 storeys plus an attic. The front elevation has a 3-window range. An off-centre entrance, positioned to the right, has a 20th-century door, wood lintel, and a 20th-century porch. This entrance is flanked by three 3-light stone mullioned windows with hood moulds and label stops. To the far left is a 3-light casement window with a hood mould and label stop. The first floor features three 3-light stone mullioned windows, each with a hood mould and label stops. There are two gabled roof dormers. The right end of the building has a 3-light stone mullioned window with a hood mould and label stop on the ground floor. A lower single-unit is situated to the left of this. The interior has not been inspected.
