Description
This is an 18th-century barn located approximately 20 meters southeast of Dickens Farmhouse. It is built from squared coursed limestone and features quoins and coped gables. The interior is lined with brick and has a slate roof, divided into four bays. There are large double plank doors at the center, with a corresponding opening at the rear, and ventilation slits on either side of the doors. Attached to the right is a one-storey outbuilding with a hipped slate roof, which has a 19th-century plank door on the left. Inside the barn, there is an original through-purlin roof with collars, chamfered tie beams, and replaced rafters. The threshing floor is made of stone flags.
