Description
Joyners Orchard is a house dated 1727, built from squared coursed limestone with quoins and coped gables. It has a 20th-century tiled roof featuring stone end stacks, with the right stack having been rebuilt in the 20th century. The house has a two-unit plan and is two stories high, with a three-window range of wood cross casements that have stone flat arches. A 20th-century plank door is located within a 20th-century stone porch at the center of the front. On the left gable end, there is a datestone with a hood inscribed 'T/IF/1727'. A two-story extension was added to the rear in the 20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
