Manor Farmhouse

Manor Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse that may have earlier origins, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The front range, built in the mid-18th century, is constructed of Flemish bond brick and features old plain-tile roofs with brick ridge stacks. The building has an L-plan layout with a wing extending to the left at the rear. The front range consists of three storeys and two bays, adorned with string courses and a painted moulded wood cornice, topped by a hipped roof. The second-floor sashes have nine panes and are set beneath painted gauged brick flat arches with keystones. The left return side has one bay. The wing features a brick dentil cornice and a half-hipped roof, with two storeys and a three-window range. There is a 20th-century glazed porch at the angle, while the ground floor includes a curved bay that is rendered from the 19th or 20th century. The first floor has sashes with painted wood lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
