Description

Heath Farmhouse is a late 18th-century brick house located on Churchover School Street. A brick dated 1787 indicates the construction year. The house is built in Flemish bond with an old tile roof and brick stacks at each end. It is two storeys high with a three-window front. The central doorway is a 20th-century addition featuring an overlight beneath a 19th-century gabled hood. The windows are 19th-century three-light casements set within segmental brick arches. Architectural details include a plinth, a horizontal storey band, a dentilled brick eaves cornice, and a gable parapet. Bricks on the left side of the doorway bear the inscription "An Barnet 1787", along with three other bricks dated 1787. A later 18th-century one-storey range is present to the left, featuring sash windows, and a 19th-century wing extends to the rear. The interior remains uninspected.

Attached to the right side of the house is a cob wall, approximately 14 metres in length. The wall is constructed of cob with a top course of brick and black tile coping.
