Description
This barn, located approximately 3 meters south of Wolfdale Farmhouse, dates from the mid-19th century and has undergone some later alterations. It is constructed from coursed stone and features a blue machine tile roof with verge parapets. The building has a two-level plan, consisting of a hay loft above the byre and sheds. The front of the barn, which faces the road, is blind and measures approximately 25 meters in length. The rear side includes three hay loft doors, with the left door being enlarged, as well as three boarded doors that are offset to the left, with the leftmost being double doors. There are also casement windows located to the right. This barn is included in the listing for its group value with the farmhouse.
