Description
St Lawrence's churchyard wall, entrance arches, and gates are located to the south and west of St Lawrence's Church and were built in 1835. The churchyard wall is made of rock-faced ashlar and stands approximately 1.5 meters high, sloping upwards to the south, with a steeply pitched coping.
The south entry features an archway with traceried spandrels, flanked by weathered buttresses, and has florets on the cornice, along with a crenellated parapet raised over central date panels. The west entry is similar but larger, featuring a Tudor arch.
