BIDDULPH CP CONGLETON ROAD (east side) St Lawrence's Churchyard wall, entrance arches and gates to south and west

GV II Churchyard wall, entrance archways and gates to south and west of Church (q.v.). Dated 1835. Rock-faced ashlar perimeter wall approximately 1.5m high and ramped up gradient to south; steeply pitched coping.

South entry: archway with traceried spandrels flanked by weathered buttresses, florets to cornice, crenellated parapet raised over central date panels.

West entry: similar, but larger, with Tudor arch.
