Description
No. 29 Eastgate Street is a house that has been converted into an office. It dates from around 1800 and is constructed of plastered brick with a tile roof featuring a brick stack at one end. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys high with a single-window range. The entrance, located to the left, features a doorcase with a consoled cornice and a blocking course, along with an overlight and a six-panel door. The windows are set with sills; the ground and first-floor windows have 16-pane sash designs, while the second-floor window has a 4/8-pane sash.
