Description

Wharf Cottage is a cottage built around 1800. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish stretcher bond and features a plain tile roof with brick integral end stacks. The cottage is a single-cell structure, standing two storeys tall with dentilled eaves. It has one bay with pointed cast iron casements that include Gothic style glazing bars, and there is a door to the left. Wharf Cottage plays an important role in the attractive collection of buildings surrounding Gailey Wharf.
