Description
Menotah is a cottage built in the early 19th century, with a 20th-century extension. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and has a roof made of handmade red clay tiles. The building is a single range facing west, with gable ends towards the road and a stack at each end wall. The right side features a single-storey extension of red brick in stretcher bond, also with similar tiles. The cottage has one storey with attics and includes two 19th-century casement windows set in segmental arches, along with two additional casements in lean-to dormers. The entrance features a four-panel flush door within a semi-circular arch. The roof is gambrel-shaped, and there is a dentilled eaves course.
