Description

West Lodge Cottages is a cottage dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with some parts rendered, and has a plain tile roof. The building is one storey with an attic and is positioned end on to the drive. It features two 20th-century casement windows and a 20th-century door set in an architrave on the right side. The eaves are stepped and have dentils, and the roof is a half-hipped mansard style with stacks at the end and one rising through the roof pitch to the left. The cottage is included for its group value. The interior has not been inspected.
