Description

West Lodge Cottages is a pair of cottages that have been combined into one dwelling. They date from the late 18th century to the early 19th century and are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with a plain tile roof. The building is single storey with an attic and consists of two bays. The paired central entrances feature 6-panel doors set in panelled reveals, with architraves beneath flat gauged brick arches. There are 20th-century casements also under flat gauged brick arches. The eaves are stepped and dentilled, and the building has a mansard roof with two flat dormers that include 20th-century casements. There are stacks at each end. The interior has not been inspected.
