Description
The stables at Old Springs Hall are an early 19th-century stable block with later alterations. They are constructed of red brick in a garden wall bond and feature hipped slate roofs. The building is single-storey, with a second storey at the projecting corners. Mid-to-late 19th-century fixed light windows and casements are present, with two on either side of a slightly projecting gabled entrance that has a cambered arch. Above this entrance, there are similar arches with double doors leading to the square corner projections. The central wooden cupola has louvres and a lead cap, housing a bell, with additional louvres on the left, right, and at the projecting corners. In front of the stables, there is a paved courtyard.
