Description

Bonehill Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on Bonehill Road in Fazeley. The building is plastered and painted white, featuring a hipped plain tile roof and brick lateral stacks. It has an L-shaped plan, with the main range oriented northwest/southeast and facing southwest, while the rear wing is aligned northeast/southwest. The farmhouse is two storeys high with slightly oversailing eaves supported by brackets. It has three windows, which are 16-pane glazing bar sashes with horns. The central entrance features a glazed door with reeded columns and a pediment that includes a fanlight with radiating glazing bars. The main range has canted ends.

The rear wing consists of two parts. The left section is a two-storey, two-bay building that includes a 20th-century bay window on the ground floor with a hipped roof, a small window to the right of centre with leaded panes, and 20th-century bay windows on the first floor. There is also a six-panelled pedimented door to the right, flanked by reeded columns. The right section is a two-storey, three-bay building with a dentilled eaves band, featuring glazing bar sashes with wedge-shaped keyed lintels, along with an inserted 20th-century casement window to the left and sliding doors to the right and centre. Inside, there is a dog-leg staircase with a wreathed handrail and cast iron stick balusters.
