Description

Bonehill House is a large house dating to around 1830. It is constructed of plastered walls with a hipped slate roof and plastered ridge stacks. The main house is aligned north-west to south-east, facing north-east, with extensions to the rear. It is two storeys high, with a first-floor band and eaves cornice, and has five windows, which are glazing bar sashes with horns. A central Tuscan portico features two pairs of columns flanking a central approach to a two-leaf glazed door, which has side lights and overlight, all contained within a segmental arched opening. There is a two-storey bow window on the right-hand end. The interior is reportedly of interest, although it has not been inspected.
