Description
No. 122 Lichfield Street is a millhouse that has been converted into a house, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a gabled plain tile roof with brick end stacks. The flanking ranges have gabled roofs covered with Welsh slate. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with two window ranges. The entrance is located to the left of the centre and has a painted timber doorcase with pilaster strips. The ground and first floors contain 19th-century three-light casement windows with segmental arches, and there is an additional window to the right of the door. To the left, there is a one-storey section with a single window that has a similar casement. To the right, a two-storey range features a lunette window above the door. The interior has not been inspected. This building is part of a group that includes Bonehill Mill and Nos. 116-120 (even) Lichfield Street.
